 A Past Life Regression is a journey in which the person has the opportunity to explore how they recorded certain memories from the past and discover how to bring forth a more expanded awareness of the truth. As we experience and stored memories we are doing so from a place of subjectivity, that is, we are reacting and storing the experience simultaneously thus not necessarily storing the complete truth from the experience. A regression allows you to examine the past as an objective observer looking for the wholeness of the truth.
