What Is Core Light Healing?
A healthcare team of non-physical doctors, surgeons, saints, ascended masters, angels and numinous light beings perform a healing/balancing on your light bodies and Core Star. Non-physical psychic surgery may be performed. In group sessions, each participant gets his/her own healthcare team of celestial healing ministers  This healing work happens through a Core Light Healing Facilitator, such as those published in About Us. Core Light Facilitators cannot make any guarantees for they do not control the session. It is your celestial healthcare team that performs the healing work, not the Facilitators. Core Light Facilitators are instructed to stay out of the way. Therefore, the onus falls upon recipients of the healing to take responsibility for themselves and for the consequences of their choices. The healthcare team hears your silent prayers and govern themselves accordingly, for you have given them permission to work in those levels. Request only what you can handle and what you can take responsibility for. For example, if you want rapid healing, make sure you can handle rapid detoxification also. Instantaneous or too rapid physical healing, while desirable, is not the wisest recourse for the body. A sick person needs to discharge toxins in order to get well, and too rapid a discharge can lead to a physical healing crisis. A healing crisis feels insufferably worst than the physical illness itself. It is out of divine mercy, therefore, that most Core Light Healings are not miraculously instantaneous, to allow the physical body time to detoxify with ease and minimal pain. Just as you may need several visits to the doctor, you may also need more than one Core Light Healing session as your body-mind-soul go through the journey of healing at a comfortable pace. How long does it take?
Anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour for a large group. A 15-minute session can be as powerful and heavy-duty as a 1-hour session. The duration is determined by the healthcare team, not by the Core Light Facilitator. You may feel lethargic but not incapacitated the next day, or you may feel joyful, energized and invigorated—though it is recommended that you rest nevertheless, and keep things low-key for the next 24 hours. It is not advisable to push yourself for the next 24 to 48 hours, for that would be like doing push-ups soon after surgery—it adds stress to the delicate balance of your overall system and may retard your healing. Be kind to yourself. For example: take an aromatherapy bath or salt bath at home, read an uplifting book, eat healthy and get plenty of rest. Keep yourself in stress-free surroundings. Choose a TV show or movie wisely, because whatever you watch affects your subconscious and unconscious minds and may be incorporated into you. If you are unable to be in peaceful, stress-free surroundings for the next 24 hours after the healing session, please ask that your healthcare team take that into consideration so they can make the necessary allowances. You Choose Your Recovery Room Any changes to your Core Light Body affect you at the spiritual, emotional/mental and physical levels. For the next 24 hours after a Core Light Healing, your entire energy field will be re-organizing, re-integrating and incorporating energies from your environment. So any vibrations that you expose yourself to in the next 24 hours will be incorporated into you. The kind of energies you expose yourself to is totally up to you. You decide what to incorporate into you. The celestial healing ministers advise that for the next 24 hours, it would be preferable that you be by yourself, or limit your visitors, and choose your company wisely. If you choose to be in a toxic environment or around toxic people for the next 24 hours, that toxicity may be incorporated into you. It is not advisable to do any long distance driving after a Core Light Healing. It can be done, but you may be over-fatigued and exhausted as a result, and should a problem occur on the road you may not be in the best state of mind to handle it. We recommend traveling with a friend who can act as the designated driver, so that you are not alone in case of emergencies or the unexpected happens. If you are unable to avoid long distance driving, please ask that your healthcare team take that into consideration so they can make the necessary allowances.
